The Northern Valley Coalition along with the Northern Valley Demarest High School DECA Club will be hosting a virtual Trunk or Treat this year due to COVID-19. Please fill out this google form which is required if you would like to participate in our special event. The deadline to fill out is October 21st. 

 

Important information about the Virtual Event:

The event will take place on Thursday, October 29th, starting at 4:30PM. 


This event will be virtual with contactless delivery of goody bags for our students (if we have enough volunteers to help with delivery). Participation is open to only Closter, Demarest, and Haworth Kindergarten through 6th Grade students. You must fill out this form for participation.

During the event, we ask all participants to dress up in their Halloween costumes.

There will be a break-out session from 4:30-5:15PM available for families who would like to speak with the NVD Student Assistance Coordinator, Ms. Bajakian, and the NVD Wellness Coordinator, Ms. Sellix.

Please submit a separate response per participating child.

The Northern Valley Coalition is a grassroots community-based organization of individuals working to provide and promote a safe and substance free environment for youth and families in the seven communities in the Northern Valley which includes Closter, Demarest, Harrington Park, Haworth, Northvale, Norwood and Old Tappan.

Our mission is to unify and promote community efforts to create and maintain a safe/substance-free environment that reduces teen high-risk behaviour and enhances the positive development of our communities' youth and families.
